A, single column lifting machine

Two, double column lifting machine


The double-column automobile lift is a special mechanical lifting equipment commonly used in automobile repair and maintenance units, which is widely used in the repair and maintenance of small cars such as cars. The double column car lift can save a lot of ground space while lifting the car in the air, which is convenient for ground operation. However, in order to save more materials, the bottom plate is generally removed. Because there is no bottom plate, the torque of the column needs to be offset by the ground, so the foundation is very demanding, if there is a beam (gantry elevator), it is offset by the beam.


There are two kinds of double column lift: symmetrical and asymmetric. The arm length of the four arms of the symmetrical lift is roughly equal, so that the center of the car (or center of mass) is in the middle of the column, and this symmetrical lift may be a better choice for daily maintenance of vehicles such as pickup trucks and box trucks. However, for some symmetrical double-column lifts whose width between columns is not large enough, it is a big disadvantage that the car cannot open the door after lifting. The column of the asymmetric lift is rotated back at an Angle (about 30°), and the forearm is slightly shorter than the rear arm. When the car is parked in the proper position of this asymmetric lift, the position of the car is moved backwards, so that we can easily enter and exit through the door. Moreover, this asymmetric lift rotates the columns to ensure that the center of gravity of the vehicle is securely positioned between the columns.


Three, four column elevator


Four-column car lift is a large tonnage car or truck repair and maintenance units commonly used special mechanical lifting equipment, four-column car lift is also very suitable for four-wheel positioning, because the general four-column car lift has a four-wheel positioning gear, can be adjusted to ensure the level. According to its structure, the four-column lift is divided into upper cylinder type and lower cylinder type. The oil cylinder of the upper cylinder type four-column lift is placed on top of the column (with a cross beam), and the oil cylinder of the lower cylinder type is placed under the plate. The cylinder type four-column lift machine mainly relies on four chains to pull up four corners, and the tension cylinder is placed on the top, which is simple in structure, but the weight increases. The secondary lifting of most upper cylinder four-column lifts is manual or pneumatic, and the repairman needs to run to the bottom of the operation, which is inconvenient and unsafe for users who often use secondary lifting. The safety device is a pneumatic device, if there is no air source, it is more troublesome. The lower cylinder four-column lift mainly relies on four thick steel cables to raise the four corners, and the tension cylinder is placed under the plate, and the force is transmitted to the four sides through six disks. This structure is relatively compact, and its self-weight is reduced. The secondary lifting is generally electro-hydraulic, and the main pump is connected together, as long as the rotation of the transfer valve can be, the lifting speed is fast, the safety device is a wedge type, the four wedge blocks use the pull rod linkage, the pull rod can open the safety device, convenient and durable.


Four, shear lift machine


The shear lift adopts the form of shear stack rod and the electric drive mechanical transmission structure, which is widely used in the maintenance of large vehicles. The lifting speed of the shear lift is moderate and does not occupy the pit position, and it is undoubtedly a better choice for some models with relatively fixed work intensity (such as in the bus) in the field of repair. And because of its simple structure and good synchronization, it is generally used as a platform for four-wheel locator.


Shear lift machine is divided into several types, such as large shear (child and mother), small shear (single shear), ultra-thin series shear lift machine. Small shear lift machine is mainly used for automobile maintenance, high safety, easy to operate. Level with the ground after digging. The large shear lift gushed out more, which is better equipment with the four-wheel positioning instrument, and can be used for car maintenance, tire, chassis maintenance.
